Booking Process
1. Create Profile & Purchase Pass
To attend, create an online profile and purchase a visitor pass through our TeamUp portal. Once set up, contact us on WhatsApp to reserve your class.
2. Required Forms
After sign-up, please check your email to download the TeamUp app and complete the necessary forms and waiver. Please note that without filling out these forms and signing the waiver, you will not be allowed to train.
3. Arrival & Preparation
Arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time for check-in.
4. Dress Code
Wear a t-shirt or rashguard under your Gi, with flip-flops to walk between areas.
Gi Requirement: Gracie Barra uniform is not required for visitors. Gi rentals are available at £10 per session, or you may purchase a new Gi for £150.
